Little Lever Street, Northern Quarter
Located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, Little Lever Street is a residential development in Manchester’s favourite neighbourhood.
Situated just a few minutes’ walk to Manchester’s central business district, Little Lever Street is the ideal base for those working in central Manchester. Since the project was completed in January 2018, the building has been fully let to tenants wanting luxury living in a central location.
To add interest to the building’s elevation and to celebrate Manchester’s rich heritage, Little Lever Street features a distinctive bee mural designed by mural painter Peter Barber.
Our experienced team converted the former 1930s warehouse into 21 sustainable, high-spec apartments. With the building laying vacant since 2013, our team stripped the building back to its core and constructed new partition walls and ceilings for the 21 apartments.
After the plaster dried, our interior design team worked their magic with a neutral colour palette, modern design features and a light herringbone floor with a prominent grain pattern, adding texture to the project.
